We have trained more than 200 students in renewable energy who are now technicians in the field, some of them have been hired. Our innovative and costive effective proven result youth training program provides the youth apprenticeship and job placement opportunities with our strategic private industry partners.
We train local youth as distributors and technicians, who understand their local energy issues to provide local solutions for rural and urban centers; reducing the need for outsourcing renewable energy jobs.
