Small farmers in Somalia have abandoned farming due to the effects of climate change and the ever-increasing cost of fuel. We introduced two types of irrigations, namely Bucket Solar Pump for small/vegetable farmers with pump rate up to 3000 L/h for farm size up to 2 Acres. Similarly, we also have Kakud (e-Donkey cart) Solar Irrigation System for large farms up to 4 Hectares with a pump rate of up to 30 m3/h of water per hour from the river or well. We provide rent-to-own services that save energy and maintenance costs with a quick return on investment.
Our climate-smart technology transforms rain-dependent farmers into irrigated farmers to adapt the climate change, increase their yield, income, and improve food security. Our innovative smart farming replaces expensive and dirty diesel, reducing Co2 emission and environmental negative impacts.
